How to Schedule A Session
After you have reviewed the site, please feel free to call me with any questions. When you are ready to schedule a session, call or E-mail me with 3 dates and times in mind. If you reach my voicemail, please leave me a detailed message with this information and the best time to reach you. I will get back to you with a date that is mutually convenient and to discuss your background and goals.
Consultations are available Monday to Friday between 9:30 am - 6:00pm. Evening hours are available under special conditions.
One on One Session payments must be made at the end of each session. Checks, Money Orders and Cash are accepted forms of payment. If a client is late for their scheduled session, they are financially responsible for the entire session fee.
Telephone Sessions are scheduled at mutally convenient times and intiated by you, the client. A failure to intitate the consultation at the scheduled time (No Show) will result in $55 fee - the remaining balance will be held over for a re-scheduled session. ALL telephone sessions must be paid in advance via check or money order. If there is left over time once business has been completed, we will add that time onto our next phone consultation.

Re-Scheduling or Cancelling Sessions needs to be done No later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. A $55 fee will be billed to individuals that do not show for their scheduled session. This fee is also applicable to late cancellations and/or missed phone sessions.
Penalties
1. Cancellation Charge: $55.00
To avoid a fee, cancellations and / or rescheduling need to occur no later than 24 hours prior to scheduled session
2. Late payment Fees:
If a One on One session payment is not made at the conclusion of the scheduled appointment, a $10 charge is tacked on to the session fee within that first week of the unpaid session. If a payment has not been received by week two, another fee of $1.25 per day gets added on to the balance until the session and fees are paid in full. Clearly, you want to take appropriate measures to avoid this lovely penalty. The same goes for a Telephone Session fee. If the pre-payment for the phone session does not arrive before the scheduled phone session, the same penalty schedule applies.
